The embassy of Czech Republic in Azerbaijan will open a visa center in Baku, according to the official website of the embassy.

The visa center will start operating from April 27, 2015 at the following address: Baku city, Demirchi Tower, Khojaly Avenue, 37, 2nd floor (near the Khatai metro station).

The center will receive documents only for the short-term Schengen visa. The consular section of the embassy will be engaged in issuing long-term visas and rendering notary services (certification of documents, signatures and etc.) as before.

Staring from April 6, the documents for getting a visa can be submitted to the visa center and the consular section of the embassy only by appointment. The appointment will be made from Monday to Friday, from 09.00 till 13.00 (UTC/GMT +5 hours) and from 14.00 till 16.00 by phone: +994 12 404 76 38.

The process of submitting documents following the appointment will start from Apr.27. Moreover, starting from this date, documents for getting visa will not be accepted in the consular section of the Czech embassy in Baku or in the visa center without appointment.

The documents will be received from Monday to Friday. Office hours: 09.00-16.00. The passports will be issued from Monday to Friday. Time of issue: 11.00-17.00, with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.00.
