The preparation for voting during the parliamentary election will start in the polling stations in accordance with the calendar plan at 07:30 (UTC/GMT +4 hours) in Azerbaijan on Nov. 1.
The chairmen of the election commissions will announce about opening of the constituencies. The ballot boxes will be sealed at 07:50 (UTC/GMT +4 hours).
The chairmen of the election commissions will announce about the beginning of voting at 08:00 (UTC/GMT +4 hours) and the completion of this process at 19:00 (UTC/GMT +4 hours).
The information on the voting results will be provided by the Information Center of the Secretariat of the Central Election Commission during the day at 10.00, 12.00, 15.00, 17.00 and 19.00 (UTC/GMT +4 hours).
