The Court of Appeal rejected the complaint filed by Mehriban Vazir, the candidate form �Azadlig’ (Freedom) election bloc, who balloted from Karabakh-Binagadi-Yasamal constituency 3, the election headquarters of Vazir told Trend.
She filed a complaint in connection with inactivity of the Central Election Committee (CEC) and the violations at the territorial election committee. Judge Maisa Husseynova stated the suit was rejected due to lack of evidences.
Vazir reported that she would lodge an appeal to the Supreme Court against the sentence of the Court of Appeal.
