The prospects for development of Uzbekistan-Montenegro relations in the political, trade, economic, cultural, humanitarian and other spheres were discussed with a Montenegrin delegation at Uzbekistan's Foreign Ministry.
The delegation was led by the advisor to the president of Montenegro on economic affairs, Ruzdija Tuzovic.
The sides said Uzbekistan and Montenegro have great potential to develop the bilateral trade turnover and spoke for establishing direct ties between the business circles of the two countries, as well as developing and implementing joint investment projects, Uzbek Foreign Ministry said.
They added that the two countries are also interested in the practical cooperation in the spheres of science, education, health care by creating contacts between the research centers and educational institutions, as well as exchange of experience in the sphere of tourism.
