Two water wells will be dug for Somali refugees living in Kenya with funds raised from charity events in Azerbaijan.

A new phase of the charity event "Stretch out your hand to children in Africa" started during Eid al-Adha in 2013, the Eurasian regional center of the OIC Youth Forum for dialogue and cooperation said.

According to the report, the main purpose of the charity campaign is to provide the African population suffering from water shortage with water wells.

Two water wells will be dug up for Somali refugees compactly living in Kenya through the funds raised from the charity events held in Azerbaijan from July 10-August 10.

The first phase of the charity campaign was held in Azerbaijan during Eid al-Adha in 2011. Then, volunteers collected more than $80,000 during the charitable events. Food for African children was bought.
