Interruptions took place in the running of the Tbilisi Metro yesterday evening.

There were breaks in the movement of trains on the line from subway station '300 Aragvelians' to 'Varketili' due to a reduction of voltage in the power network, the Tbilisi Metro administration told Trend on Jan.9.

In connection with this, the movement of trains at several stations of the Metro was paralysed from 21:00 for several hours.

The consequences of the incident were eliminated by the morning and the trains are now on schedule.
