Zuhtu Arslan has been elected the new head of Turkey's Constitutional Court, TRT Haber TV channel reported on Feb.10.

He replaced Hasim Kilic who has headed the Constitutional Court since Oct.22, 2007.
Zuhtu Arslan headed the Police Academy of Turkey in 2009-2012.

Turkey's Constitutional Court was established in 1961.
