PwC Azerbaijan is pleased to announce the appointment of two partners: Michael Ahern, leading the Tax and Legal Practice, and Emin Shikhgayibov, leading the Advisory practice.
Movlan Pashayev, the Country Managing Partner of PwC Azerbaijan, will continue leading the Firm and be focusing on the execution of the global and local strategy and working with select priority clients of the Firm. Petko Dmitrov is continuing as the Assurance leader.
Michael Ahern has been working in various leading roles around the CEE and Africa, with the most recent role being the Leader of Tax and Legal practice in Kazakhstan and Eurasia. Emin has more than 15 years experience in financial management and consulting, leading key projects in the oil & gas industry.
With these appointments, PwC Azerbaijan now has four territory partners representing all lines of our service of assurance, advisory and tax and legal. This represents the continuous commitment of the Firm to Azerbaijan since 1995, and expansion of the offerings to our clients.
