Manvel Mamikonovich Sarybekyan, a member of the Armenian sabotage group, has committed suicide Tuesday at 3:00 am, a joint statement of the Ministry of Defence and the Azerbaijani Military Prosecutor's Office reads.
Sarybekyan together with members of the sabotage group was arrested Sept.11 in north-west of the front.
Earlier it was reported that Sept.11 the next attempt of the Armenian diversionists' diversion group consisting of several people, which also include Armenian diversionist Manvel Mamikonovich Sarybekyan, was repressed.
The dead body's visual examination was held with the participation of employees of the Military Prosecutor's Office, forensic medical expert and witnesses inspected the scene and carried out visual examination of the dead body. It was revealed that Sarybekyan tying a shirt with a sheet hung himself.
During the corpse's visual examination with the participation of the prosecutor, criminalist, forensic expert and witnesses a strangulated scar, which is characteristic for hanging, was found in Sarybekyan's neck.
According to the primary conclusion of the forensic expert, no sign of injury or sign of abuse was revealed in other parts of the dead body.
The investigation assigned forensic, forensic, physical and chemical examination. The fact is under investigation and a decision will be made on the results.
