Azerbaijani Youth Movement to Hold Unapproved Demonstration

Azerbaijan, Baku, 23 May / corr. Trend J. Babayeva/ On 28 May, the Democratic Youth Movement of Azerbaijan (DYMA) will hold an unapproved demonstration on the 90th anniversary of the Democratic Republic of Azerbaijan, Agasif Shakiroglu, the chairman of DYMA said to Trend .

According to Shakiroglu, the Movement has decided to hold a demonstration in the meeting of the Board. "We will not appeal the Baku City Administration to hold this demonstration," chairman of the Movement said.

The youth organizations of various parties and NGOs are expected to join the demonstration, he added.

The Democratic Youth Movement of Azerbaijan was established in January 2006, with a total number of members reaching 300 people. The Movement has announced 2008 as the year of the Democratic Republic of Azerbaijan.
