Turkey trains high skilled military personnel to help form Armed Forces of Iraq, Timeturk news agency reported.
Defense Minister of Turkey Veci Konul stated that Turkey is willing to contribute to the formation of Iraq's Armed Forces. As many as 125 members of Iraq's Armed Forces have already received higher education in Turkey.
