In Azerbaijan a severe combustion has destroyed a part of Sadarak Trade Center (UPDATED-12)
Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 21 / Trend , S.Kazimli/ A fire in Sadarak Trade Centre of Azerbaijan has been fully extinguished, Tural Museyibov, the
press secretary of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Emergency Situations, told Trend .
Fire took place in one of huge trade centers of Azerbaijan - Sadarak in the morning on Dec 21. Several people working in the trade centre were injured. They were aided at the place.
Besides, during the fire 4 civilians have injuredone of which has been hospitalized in Mardakan clinic center and three others have been aided. The injured ones have suffered while rescuing their goods from the fire.
The MES firefighter will stay throughout the night to observe the fire place untill it gets out of danger.
One more MES firefighter poisoned by fume.
The Trend correspondent said the man has been aided.
Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Emergrncy Situations Etibar Mirzoyev said that reasons of this fire will be specified after end of investigations. The Minister of Emergency Situation received information about he fire at 11.00a.m. on Dec 21, he said.
The relentless fire in the Sadarak trade center has already been turned off. During the accident 2 helicopters and 40 firefighting trucks have been involved. The fire has covered about 1300-1500 sq meter area. The firefighters hardly work in the area because of thick smoke, Deputy Minister said.
