National exhibition of Turkmenistan to be held late February in Tashkent
Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, Jan. 19/ Trend E. Hasanov/ On Feb. 25-27 the national exhibition of Turkmenistan will be held in Tashkent, capital of Uzbekistan which will be "a new step of strengthening and further development of original friendly relations, neighborliness and mutually beneficial co-operation," the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan said.
Uzexpocenter JSC will assist the receiving side.
It is the first diversified national exhibition in modern history of Turkmenistan abroad. In this regards President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed an appropriate decree. All leading spheres of national economy will show their achievements - fuel and energy complex, agro industry, textile, pharmaceutics, food industry, production of building materials.
"Turkmenkhali" (Turkmen carpet) state joint stock corporation and "Turkmen atlari" (Turkmen horses) state union which will represent their stands rely on great interest of exhibition visitors. "Original traditions of carpet weaving and horse breeding will be widely represented in Tashkent both deep sources and modern development," the organizers said.
