An individual wanted under the Article 131 (rape) and 132 (violent sexual actions) of the Russian Criminal Code was arrested in Azerbaijan.
The Azerbaijani Interior Ministry reported that the Central Investigation-Search department's employees arrested a resident of the Guba region of Azerbaijan, Murad Rahimov. Rahimov was wanted by the Rostov Oblast Interior Office.
