Leaders of SDPA to leave for Moscow on 29 January

Co-chairman of the Social Democratic Party of Azerbaijan (SDPA) Araz Alizade and chairman of the SDPA womens organization Rena Djavadova will leave for Moscow on 29 January, the SDPA secreatry Tofik Ahmadov told Trend.

Ahmadov said, the goal of the trip is participation in the Social International next sitting on 30-31 January in Athens. Alizade and Djavadova will meet in Moscow with another SDPA chairman Ayaz Mutallibov and will depart to Athens on the same day. Ahmadov said, he has no information, when SDPA leaders will come back home.

At the Social International sitting the issue of the new chairman election will be under discussion. The present chairman of the organization is the former Portugal Prime Minister Antonio Gutieres.
