An Initiative Center was created from the group of non-governmental organizations, deputies and public figures for upgrading the military legislation, Trend reports with reference to Karabakh Liberation Organization (KLO).
The goal of the center is to hold reforms in the military sphere, organize public control on Armenia and act with the initiatives for developing the legislation on improvement of social-legal protection of servicemen.
The Center is planning to present creation of a professional army, organization of fight with corruption and other serious questions to the discussion of public. The Center is working on projects which need to be presented to the discussions of the fall session of Azerbaijan Parliament.
