Georgian Prime Minister will Visit Baku Next Monday

Zurab Nogaideli, Georgia Prime-Minister is expected to arrive to Baku next Monday to reach a final solution of the issue on Georgian share in the gas supplies from Azerbaijani offshore gas condensate field Shahdaniz for year 2007, Trend Correspondent to Tbilisi reports.

As the head of the Georgian Government said during the today briefing, Georgia's key gas supplier in 2007 will be Azerbaijan.

Azerbaijan will be the key gas supplier to Georgia in 2007. All legal issues have already been solved, and I shall visit Azerbaijan on Monday where we shall make financial and technical issues more precise, said Mr. Nogaideli.

In 2007, Georgia will receive 1,1 bln. cubic meters of gas from Azerbaijan, with the remaining deficit at 700-800 mln. cubic covered by gas from Russia or Iran.
