The congress of the Congress of the World Azerbaijanis (CWA) will absolutely take place in one of the European countries because we do not create problem for Azerbaijan due to our congress, the Chairman of the CWA, Javad Derehti, informed Trend. He stressed that the next meeting of the CWA will take place in March on the eve of Novruz Bayrami (National Holiday of Azerbaijan) or in May, adding that the head of the CWA is seriously preparing for this congress. Despite that we wanted to hold our congress in Baku or Tbilisi, the congress will absolutely take place in Europe. During the my speech at the second congress of the CWA, I announced about the violation of the human rights in Iran, and the Government of Iran sent a note to Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan is our country, our state. We do not want to put Azerbaijan in a difficult situation and create problems for Azerbaijan, Derehti said.
According to him, it is expedient to conduct such events and raise the question about South Azerbaijan in the countries holding neutral position linked with the problems of the Iranian Azerbaijanis.
