A national roundtable "Armed Forces Welfare and The Democratic Society" will be held in Baku from between February 13th and 14th at the initiative of the OSCE Baku Office, Trend reports.
The event aims to introduce the range of benefits resulting from decentralizing welfare issues, as a first confidence-building step towards democratic control of the armed forces.
