Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend , corr I.Alizade / The Consultative Assembly uniting the pro-governmental parties, has concluded its organization work and commenced with preparations for the forthcoming presidential elections.
Mammad Alizade, Head of the Democratic Azerbaijan Party, also head of the Consultative Assembly, reported that after the parliamentary elections, the Bloc intensified its organizational work and took significant steps in this direction. Alizade said that the bloc of political parties 'Reforms' also joined the Consultative Assembly.
He noted that the Consultative Assembly will support llham Aliyev's candidacy at the presidential elections in 2008. The Consultative Assembly unites around 10 parties supporting the policy of the current Government.
