An agreement on the construction of a residential complex project for Azerbaijani refugees in the Ismayilli region is expected to be signed by late October, Belarusian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Nikolai Paskevich told media on Friday.
The complex will be built upon the Belarusian project.
The residential complex will consist of 45 buildings. Belarusian architects have developed the first pilot project to be financed by Azerbaijan. The complex will also include a hospital, a school and other facilities. Azerbaijani and Belarusian builders will jointly build the complex, he said.
Paskevich added that Azerbaijan and Belarus also plan to launch the fourth Baku-Minsk flight soon.
