Vagif Sadikhov, the ex-chief coach of the Azerbaijani national football team, will work at Sumgayit Ganjlar Birliyi club.
Ilgar Nuriyev, the President of the team, proposed the post of vice-President to the specialist and the latter accepted it, Trend reports. The head of the team denied the supposition that Sadikhov would hold the post of the chief coach refusing to lead the national team in the selection to Euro-2008. Sadikhov will work in this post for second time taking into consideration he was vice-President of Shafa club founded by AFFA.
It should be mentioned that Ganjlar Birliyi ranks third in the tournament schedule on results of the first round of the national championship.
