Supported by the Technical Co-operation Society of Germany (GTZ), a seminar was held in Baku for the Judges of the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan Republic on the topic Key issues of applying international legal norms in Azerbaijan Republic, Trend reports with reference to the press service of the Supreme Court.
Participating at the seminar, the Chairman of the Collegium for Economical Disputes, Hikmet Mirzayev, spoke about the expedient reforms in the court legal system and informed the participants on the working relations between GTZ and Azerbaijan in this regard.
The Professor of German Fryeburg University, Gerhard Cholokh, delivered a report on this topic.
The seminar brought together the Judges of the Supreme Court for Economical Disputes and Civil Cases.
