No-one has officially appealed to participate in the competition announced for the frequency of ANS, Trend reports with reference to the National TV and Radio Council of Azerbaijan. Several people have orally appealed to the Council. However, no-one has officially submitted documents. ANS did not appeal to participate in the competition either. The deadline for the document admission is January 5.
It should be mentioned that due to the shortfalls in the activities of ANS, the Council made a decision on November 24 to stop the transmission of ANS, and announced a competition for their frequency. Later, the Council permitted ANS to participate in the competition and restored its transmission till the end of the competition.
