460 Azerbaijan students with Bachelor's Degree from Azerbaijan Universities have submitted their applications to the International Programme, MBA (Master of Business Administration), informed a source in the State Student Admission Committee, which is the organizer of the submission of the applications. 204 vacant seats are available within MBA this year. The students are taught within the program in the following institutes of higher education of Azerbaijan: Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, Azerbaijan State Economic University, Odlar Yurdu University, Western University, Caucasus University, and Khazar University.
All those who have Bachelor's degree irrespectively of their specialty grade may apply to obtaining Master's degree within MBA. 25 applications have already been received by the Committee. Citizens of foreign countries, as well as citizens of Azerbaijan Republic, graduated from an institute of higher education somewhere abroad, should submit a reference from the Education Ministry on acknowledging the diploma they have, with pointing out the code of specialty and the field, as well as the average results coefficient in the institute graduated from.
100 test tasks will be presented to the applicants. 50 tasks out of them will be of logic nature, 20 checking the applicant foreign language skills, and 30 will contain tasks according to the specialty grade they apply for. Those who collected at least 50 points in the test exam are allowed to take part in competition to be admitted. At the same time, the applicant should correctly answer at least 40% of the questions posed in foreign (English) language.
