The Constitutional Court reported that one of the appeals is in the process of being executed while 59 appeals are to be carried out soon and 57 appeals are currently under the consideration of the Court.
In 2007, the Constitutional Court has made decision on one appeal.
In 2006, the Court received 2,090 appeals of which 11 decisions were made, 9 of them being personal appeals, 1 received from the Office of Public Prosecutor and 1 concerned with the attestation of the elections to the Milli Mejlis (Azerbaijani Parliament).
