Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend S.Ilhamgizi / The meetings of the Congress of the European Azerbaijanis (CEA) should take place often. Member of CEA, Head of the Center for Azerbaijani Strategic Researches in Europe, Bashar Komur, said that he will make this proposal at the second CEA congress. He stressed that 5 mln Turks live in Europe and it is a big force.
"In order to present to the attention of the international and European organizations, it needs to organize this force at the academic level. It needs to raise exactly this question at the congress," Komur said.
The Congress should be concretely charged to present to the attention of the political and public circles of Europe the problem of Khojaly genocide, existence of more than one million refugees and internally displaced persons in Azerbaijan. "I consider that the congress should take place annually and meeting monthly," he said.
