Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend K.Zarbaliyeva / On 12 March the representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) delivered another letter from the soldier of the Azerbaijan Army, Samir Mammadov, who was taken prisoner by the Armenians on 24 December 2006.
Samir Mammadov's Uncle, Vidadi Mammadov, said that the Samir writes that his condition is normal. "He wrote that we should not worry about him. We consider that the letter has been written under pressure. He is under psychological pressure," Vidadi said.
However, ICRC representatives have met with Samir Mammadov who is detained in Yerevan. They reported that Samir's health is normal.
