Azerbaijan's PASHA Bank eyes increasing number of online services

BAKU, Azerbaijan, Oct.29

By Sadraddin Aghjayev - Trend:

Azerbaijan's PASHA Bank is working to increase the number of digital products and services, member of the Executive Board of PASHA Bank Jalal Orujov told Trend on October 29.

According to Orujov, PASHA Bank plans to create the maximum number of online services.

"The main focus of our bank is concentrated in the field of SMEs, as well as corporate banking. We are working on the digitalization of services in this particular segment. Our online banking for legal entities has an expanded portfolio of services. Our corporate clients also have a separate mobile application," Orujov said.

The member of the board also noted that last year the bank launched a service for online acceptance of credit applications.

"Using this service and not visiting the bank, our clients can get a loan within one day. The number of such services will gradually increase," he said.

In addition, Orujov stressed that PASHA Bank does not plan to create any separate brand of neobank, but will continue to digitalize its services, as a result of which it will be able to turn into neobank.
