BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 11. According to World Bank (WB) forecasts, Azerbaijan's GDP will grow by 2.7 percent in 2022, WB said in the updated economic review for the Europe and Central Asia region, Trend reports with reference to the WB.

According to WB forecasts, Azerbaijan's GDP growth will slow down in the coming years.

"It is expected that Azerbaijan's GDP growth will be 2.2 percent in 2023 and 2.3 percent in 2024," the review said.

According to WB forecasts, the growth of Azerbaijan's export of goods and services will be 2.7 percent in 2022, 1.7 percent in 2023 and 1.8 percent in 2024.

According to WB forecasts, the growth of Azerbaijan’s imports, will be 2.6 percent in 2022 and 2.7 percent each in 2023 and 2024.

"The consumer price index in Azerbaijan is projected at nine percent in 2022, 6.6 percent in 2023 and six percent in 2024," the review noted.
