Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend S.Aliyeva / Disputable foreign debts will be discussed at a conference, which will be held in Bern, Switzerland, on 2 October. Inglab Ahmedov, the head of the Public Finance Monitoring Center (PFMC), will represent Azerbaijan at this meeting.
Ahmedov will deliver a report on the debt situation in Azerbaijan.
According to Ahmedov, Azerbaijan does not have 'offensive' debts. Azerbaijan has debts, recognized by the Government, but they are disputable. Azerbaijan has such debts to Turkish and Ukrainian companies, and also to Turkmenistan.
