Azerbaijan, Baku, 14 April / Trend / The premiums of the Azerbaijani largest insurance company Standard Insurance made up AZN13.7mln and AZN 3.037mln in payments in 2007, Standard Insurance said.
Company's premiums on re-insurance operations comprised AZN 512,000, AZN17.7mln assets and AZN3.041mln balance incomes.
The company deposit accounts in banks totaled AZN 10.1mln for 2007.
Standard Insurance received the highest financial rating B1 for the private financial sector of Azerbaijan with positive forecasts from Moody's Investors Service agency. For a favorable market situation, the company expects these results to improve by mid-2008. Standard Insurance Limited, operating in the Azerbaijan insurance markets since 2002, presents 25 types of insurance services. Paid stock capital of the company comprises AZN 8mln. Standard Insurance collected premiums in amount of AZN 4.7mln from January to March.
