Azerbaijan, Baku, 6 June / Trend / German GTZ jointly with Azerbaijani Economic Development Ministry held conference 'Development of Melon-growing and Fruit-growing' in Guba within the private sector development program.
According to GTZ, head of Guba Administration Rauf Habibov opened the conference in which representatives of the Economic Development Ministry and Guba entrepreneurs participated.
After the conference, trainings on conformity of melons and fruits with international standards, fertilization technology, irrigation and storage of products were held for local farmers and entrepreneurs.
Participants visited enterprises operating in Azerbaijan.
