Kyrgyzstan offers Russian businessmen to collaborate in cargo-terminals' establishment, Nurlan Aitibaev, government apparatus' chief-of-staff said at the Kyrgyz-Russian economical forum in Bishkek Thursday, "24.kg" reported.

According to him, Kyrgyzstan is going to use its potential in full measure and become a bridge between markets of Europe and Asia. Kyrgyzstan is creating favorable conditions for foreign investors, lowering the direct taxes. "Kyrgyzstan has the lowest direct taxes in CIS, giving investors a right to keep national regime of doing business and international arbitration. We successfully implement the system of state-private partnership and ease administrative barriers," he said.

Meantime Aitibaev noted that trade-economical ties between Russia and Kyrgyzstan gradually improve and now Russia profusely invests into the Kyrgyz economy.
