ADA Group leadership and representatives of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) on South Europe and Central Asia will meet in Istanbul on July 16. Development prospects and additional financing of Almali trade branches (trade mark ADA Group), the company said.
Strategic development plan, prospects of cooperation and results of the first six months will be discussed at the meeting.
One of major topics in talks between IFC and ADA Group is allocation of additional financial resources for development of Almali supermarkets. Market share of trade branches, foreign and domestic aspects, long-term trends of development will be considered
Almali is one of the biggest IFC projects in non-oil sector of Azerbaijan.
Presently, 40 supermarkets of Almali operate in three cites of Azerbaijan, 35 in Baku, 3 in Sumgait, 2 in Ganja, 1 distribution center in Khirdalan.
ADA group of companies was established in 2005. The first supermarket was opened in 2006. Almali continues to introduce standards on modern retail trade in Azerbaijan. Almali has the most modern distribution center in the region.
