The Azerbaijani Mortgage Fond (AMF) increased the annual interest rate on bonds and term of their turnover, the AMF reported
The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee registered 75,000 book-entries, unsecured, registered bonds with nominal value of 1,000 for each bond, the Committee reported
Thus the committee registered issue of bonds of the AMF in the amount of 75 million manat Dec. 30,
In accordance with basic issue parameters annual interest rate on bonds increased by 3.25 percent, and a circulation term of bonds was extended from seven to ten years
The placement of the bonds was launched on June 16, 2009. So far, bonds worth 49 million manat were fully placed. The total emission amounts to 55 million manat with 1,000 manat nominal value for each bond
AMF issued mortgage loans to 1,800 Azerbaijani citizens in the amount of 76 million manat from Jun.1 to Dec. 31, 2009
In addition to the public budget financing, which assigns 14 million manat for 2009, the AMF has issued bonds amounting to 55 million manat, with 49 million manat fully placed last year.
The Fund's authorized credit organizations are 18 banks
