Qafqaz Lizinq's preference nominal non-documentary shares in the amount of 92,000 manat will be issued from Oct.8, 2010, the Baku Stock Exchange said.
Within the emission 92 shares issued at par value of each 1000 manat.
The company's shares will be placed through open placement in Baku Stock Exchange. Underwriter of the placement is Bob Broker.
At present, the company's authorized capital is 1.5 million manat.
JSC "Qafqaz Lizinq" was established in October 2007. The Company's 100-percent of founder is NAB Group of Companies. The company services cover automobile sector, as well as construction, food, textile, tourism, agriculture, petrochemicals and other spheres.
Official exchange rate is 0.8021 manat to $1 Oct.8.
