SW Helicopter Services plans to launch two types of EC135 T2 helicopters within a month, a company source told Trend on Monday.
The source said that helicopters were purchased to render emergency medical services by air.
"Preparatory work is underway," a source said. "Afterwards, the helicopters will be used."
SW Helicopter Services is the largest small aviation airline in Azerbaijan.
A contract with Eurocopter was signed in the first half of 2010 to buy helicopters.
SW Helicopter Services was registered as a legal entity on March 18, 2008. The company conducts various types of scientific research in the field of aviation and participates in several international scientific conferences in this field The company also establishes links with other well-known international companies in this sector.
