Turkmenistan's state-owned corporation Turkmengeology has announced an international tender.
The tender's subject is the provision of services for cementation of deep oil and gas wells.
All persons and companies interested in participation in the tender are invited to:
- submit a written application to participate in the tender, indicating full name, legal status, country of registration and details;
- obtain the technical specifications;
- obtain tender documents paying $1500 and 15 percent value added tax (VAT) for the exchange offers, or 4275 Turkmen manats, if the submitted bid prices are in national currency (plus 15 percent VAT).
Packages with tender documents will be received in two envelopes (technical and commercial offers) and will be reviewed only after receipt of funds in the geological corporation's account. The account for money transfer will be issued after submitting a written application.
All the above mentioned documents and bids should be submitted to the Turkmengeology Corporation at 56, Archabil Avenue, Ashgabat city, Turkmenistan.
Proposals should be submitted within five working days from the date this announcement's publication (12:00 local time).
