Kazakhstan’s KazKontrakt Group intends to open its branch in Azerbaijan, the company’s director Aijana Turapova told Trend.
“We have already opened a company in Moscow in 2014 and it was officially registered in Russia’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry. We can open such a company in Baku as well,” she said. “We will choose a suitable legal form. It will be either a subsidiary registered in Azerbaijan, or a branch, but not a representative office.”
The KazKontrakt Group is KazKontrakt Joint-Stock Company uniting companies such as KazKontrakt Trade, KazKontrakt Logistic, KazKontrakt Engineering, which in turn carry out activities as follows: industrial and commercial activities (building, structure, warehouse and base management); logistical support to companies and businesses regardless of their ownership and structure (supplies of equipment and products as per a stock-list); arrangement of inter-state economic and commercial relations; assistance to enterprises and organizations for the development of direct contracts; trade operations, goods distribution between suppliers and consumers; engineering services; flexible logistics of petroleum products.
