JLL and Ajlan & Bros Holding companies from Saudi Arabia are planning to build a hotel chain in Uzbek regions, Trend reports via Podrobno.uz.
State Tourism Committee underlined that currently companies have begun the preparation of a business plan to build 3, 4 and 5-star hotels in Bukhara, Samarkand and Khiva.

Ajlan & Brothers Group is famous for the production of men's hats and finished fabrics. Uzbekistan will introduce a law in the near future where the state will reimburse investors for part of the cost of building hotels. The state budget will compensate the investor's expenses on the condition that the hotel was put into operation before January 1, 2022, with a number of rooms of at least 50 rooms for the 3-star category and at least 100 rooms for the 4-star category.
