Saudi Arabian companies plan to build network of hotels in Uzbek regions

JLL and Ajlan & Bros Holding companies from Saudi Arabia are planning to build a hotel chain in Uzbek regions, Trend reports via Podrobno.uz.

State Tourism Committee underlined that currently companies have begun the preparation of a business plan to build 3, 4 and 5-star hotels in Bukhara, Samarkand and Khiva.

JLL is a financial and integrated professional real estate services company. It is Included in the list of the largest companies in the world Fortune 500 with annual turnover of $6 billion. JLL has more than 280 corporate offices in 80 countries around the world and more than 60,000 employees.

Ajlan & Brothers Group is famous for the production of men's hats and finished fabrics. It manufactures most of its products in its own factories which are then sold to wholesalers and retailers in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait. Ajlan & Brothers Group has opened 45 branches and 200 outlets in Saudi Arabia and the Arab States of the Persian Gulf since 1979.

Uzbekistan will introduce a law in the near future where the state will reimburse investors for part of the cost of building hotels. The state budget will compensate the investor's expenses on the condition that the hotel was put into operation before January 1, 2022, with a number of rooms of at least 50 rooms for the 3-star category and at least 100 rooms for the 4-star category.
