Kyrgyz delegation led by Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Food Industry and Land Reclamation Amangeldy Isayev visited the Turkmen Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Trend reports referring to the Union.
During the negotiations, special attention was paid to the development of trade partnership. The guests showed big interest in Turkmen textiles and a wide range of industrial and food products manufactured by the Union.
The representatives of the Kyrgyz side informed about the export opportunities of their country, as well as the supply of vegetables and honey.
Earlier, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan agreed on the creation of joint ventures focused on the markets of the European Union, the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and China.
Kyrgyzstan and the Turkmen State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange are also negotiating on increasing trade turnover.
In turn, Turkmenistan is ready to consider the possibility of joint mining and processing of minerals in Kyrgyzstan.
