Big producer of building materials in Azerbaijan - Masalli Brick Factory - slightly increased the export volume of building materials in 2019, a source in the factory told Trend.
“The building materials were exported to Georgia,” the source added.
"The factory exported the products to Georgia several times in 2019,” the source said. “In general, over 5,000 bricks were supplied to that market. The factory plans to increase the supply volume up to 8,000 tons or even more this year."
“Moreover, the factory plans to increase the range of bricks, in particular the production of facing bricks used in construction, in connection with the greatest demand for these products,” the source said.
“The daily volumes of brick production at this factory amounted to 550 tons in 2019,” the source said. “The factory plans to bring these volumes up to 600-650 tons.”
Two big production workshops operate in the factory.
The factory operates at full capacity without downtime. The production volumes are mainly based on orders within the country and from abroad.
The Masalli Brick Factory has been operating in Azerbaijan since 1983.
