Masalli Brick Factory, large producer of building materials in Azerbaijan, intends to increase the production volume of several types of brick products, a source in the factory told Trend.
Last year the factory increased production of facing bricks used in construction by 10-12 percent, according to the source.
“This year it is planned to bring this figure to 18-20 percent,” the source added. “At the same time, it is planned to increase the production of single bricks, for which there is a great demand in the domestic market. The daily figure for production volume is approximately 500 tons.”
“The factory produces more than 500 types of brick products,” said the source. “The biggest demand in the domestic market falls on facing, partition and ceiling types of building bricks, as well as on single types of bricks.”
There are two big production workshops at the factory.
The factory operates at full capacity without downtime. The production volumes are mainly based on orders within the country and from abroad.
The Masalli Brick Factory has been operating in Azerbaijan since 1983.
