Russian products attract great interest in Azerbaijan

The products of the companies of the Russian Novgorod region, particularly, the segment of ecological food, arouses an active interest of Azerbaijani counterparts, Head of the representative office of the Russian Export Center (REC), Nuri Guliyev told Trend.

Guliyev said that entrepreneurs of the Novgorod region presented their products to the business communities of Azerbaijan through a video conference.

“During the meeting, five companies of Novgorod presented the following products: - Victoria LLC, Mechanics LLC, Stashevskoe BIO LLC, Medovy Dom LLC, Yemelyanovskaya Biofabrika LLC, and Voronkov, an individual entrepreneur,” noted Guliyev.

The representatives of Azerbaijani business appreciated the quality of the products and gave their recommendations on entering the Azerbaijani market, he noted.

Also, Russian exporters were offered to prepare commercial proposals for specific trade items.

“We hope that the meeting will affect the concluded contracts and the supply of high-quality products from Russian companies to Azerbaijan,” Guliyev added.

The meeting was held within the framework of the ‘Export Accelerator’ program. On the part of Azerbaijan, major representatives of the food industry market of Azerbaijan, such as AVRORA, Siren Trading, Araz Market, and others took part in the event.

The Russian Export Center (REC) is a state institute for support of non-raw materials and non-energy exports, which provides domestic exporters with a wide range of financial and other services.
