Entrepreneurs of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan have more than 100 greenhouses with a total area of 450 hectares, Trend reports with reference to the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
In March of this year, 6 greenhouses with a total area of 35 hectares belonging to the members of the union were opened in Turkmenistan.
There is a constant construction of factories and greenhouses for the development of agriculture in the country.
Currently, there are more than 100 modern greenhouses with a total area of 350 hectares in Turkmenistan.
Agriculture in Turkmenistan is developing rapidly. It is one of the most important sectors of the country's economy. The main types of agricultural crops grown on the territory of Turkmenistan are wheat, cotton, rice, sugar beet, fodder, vegetable, and fruits.
