In 2006 Face Money Income Growth Rate Exceeded Real Ones in Azerbaijan

The face money income of the Azerbaijan population in 2006 reached 9,9 bln. AZN, which is by 23,4% (1,9 bln. AZN) more versus the corresponding figure registered in 2005. Trend has been informed by the State Statistics Committee, that the face money income per capita, increased by 22%, and reached 1189,5 AZN ($1331,4). In the reporting period, the real money income of the population reached 8,8 bln. AZN at a growth of 24,1%. In 2006, the population spent 68,9% out of the personal incomes to buy goods and services, 11,6% - to pay taxes, social insurance, and obligatory membership fees, and 19,5% on collecting and accumulating the capital.
