Trend I.Khalilova / The project of the new Regulation of the Association of Banks of Azerbaijan (ABA) was initially approved at the extraordinary meeting of the Executive Committee of the ABA on 20 April, said the ABA Executive Secretary, Farhad Aliyev, on 21 April. According to him, the Executive Committee recommended to call a conference to confirm the Regulation at the general assembly. The meeting is supposed to take place in May-June.
In addition, the key direction of the activities and institutional development of the ABA were defined by the Executive Committee. According to Aliyev, the issues of institutional development of the ABA in the action plan covering 2007-2011 prevail over the key activity directions.
Moreover, the Executive Committee confirmed the staff list due to the plans to attract nee specialists in the banking sector and system of outcomes and incomes of the Association and its daughter organizations ( Azerbaijan Banking Training Center and magazine Banks and business).
