Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend / The State Committee for Securities has registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered stocks of Birlikbank OJSC.
The volume of the issue is AZN 600,000, and the face value per stock is AZN 200. According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of the public subscription method at the Baku Stock Exchange.
AzerInterTrade LLC will be the underwriter of the placement of stocks.
Those intending to purchase stocks can apply to an organization that is a member of the "Baku Stock Exchange" CJSC and having a brokerage license.
