Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / The State Committee for Securities registered the issued prospectus of preference registered stocks of Rabitabank Open Joint Stock Company.
The volume of the issue is AZN 530,000, face value per stock AZN 20. According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of initial public offering at Baku Stock Exchange.
AzerIgazbank Joint-Stock Investment Bank will be the underwriter of placement of stocks.
